iLogicPlus Solutions LLP (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how KI App collects, uses, stores, processes, and protects your information when you use the application. By using KI App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
Depending on the features you choose to use, KI App may collect and store the following information.
Personal Information
When you create or use a KI App account, we may collect:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Google Account Information
- Profile Picture (if permission is granted)
- Phone Number
- Date of Birth
After signing in with Google, KI App asks you to complete your profile by providing your phone number and date of birth. This information helps us personalize your experience, manage your account, and provide application features.
Health Information
If you choose to use Health Management features, you may store
- Medical reports
- Prescriptions
- Health records
- Health-related notes
- Other health documents uploaded by you
This information is stored securely and is only accessible to you or users you explicitly authorize
Vehicle Information
You may store
- Vehicle registration details
- Insurance information
- Pollution certificate details
- Service history
- Oil change history
- Tyre replacement history
- Maintenance records
- Vehicle documents
Finance Information
If you use Finance Management features, you may store
- Income records

KI App does not collect or store
- Banking passwords
- Credit card numbers
- Debit card numbers
- UPI PINs

Google Sign-In
KI App uses Google Sign-In to authenticate your account securely. When you sign in with Google, we may access the information you authorize Google to share, including:
- Your name
- Email address
- Profile picture (if available)
After successful authentication, KI App requests your phone number and date of birth to complete your user profile.
We use this information only to create and manage your KI App account and to provide application features.
KI App does not access your Gmail, Google Photos, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, or any other Google services unless you explicitly grant additional permissions for a specific feature.
Google Drive Backup & Restore
KI App provides an optional Google Drive Backup feature to help you securely back up and restore your application data.
When you choose to create a backup:
- Your application data is converted into a JSON backup file.
- The backup file is encrypted before being uploaded.
- The encrypted backup is stored in your own Google Drive account.
- Backup files are used solely to restore your data if you reinstall KI App or move to another device.
- KI App accesses only the backup files it creates with your permission.
- KI App does not access, view, modify, or manage any other files stored in your Google Drive.
Backup and restore operations occur only after you explicitly grant permission.
You remain the owner of your Google Drive account and your backup files.
You may delete your backup files at any time through KI App (where supported) or directly from your Google Drive account.

Data Retention
Your information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide KI App services or comply with applicable legal obligations. Google Drive backup files remain in your Google Drive account until you choose to delete them. If you delete your KI App account, you may also request deletion of your associated application data, subject to applicable legal or operational requirements.

Children’s Privacy
KI App is not intended for children below the minimum age permitted under applicable law without parental or legal guardian consent.
If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete that information.

KI App may use trusted third-party services including
- Google Sign-In
- Google Drive API
- Google Play Services
